Take care of the below:
Maintain your energy levels! You can do this by healthy eating, exercising, getting
proper sleep, reducing stress and improving your mood.
Prioritize your tasks and activities
Take rest periods
Plan and organize tasks to minimize stress
It is safe to exercise in MS and may also improve fatigue! This includes
Aerobic exercises
Resistance training
Yoga
Swimming
Mindfulness training
Most importantly, sleep well!
