            We know it’s not easy. But it gets much better if you can follow the below important points.


            You must avoid any fatigue triggers:

             Physical and mental work      Humid and hot conditions      Heavy meals
             Inactivity       Anxiety















            Take care of the below:
             Maintain your energy levels! You can do this by healthy eating, exercising, getting
                proper sleep, reducing stress and improving your mood.

             Prioritize your tasks and activities
             Take rest periods

             Plan and organize tasks to minimize stress


            It is safe to exercise in MS and may also improve fatigue! This includes
             Aerobic exercises

             Resistance training
             Yoga

             Swimming
             Mindfulness training







            Most importantly, sleep well!
