            Although it may be challenging to live with MS; the good news is that most people around
            the world have managed their symptoms successfully. You can too!





                                Tell people about your condition
                                Talking to your family and close friends is always helpful. You cannot

                                imagine the extent of support you will receive in your journey. Involve
                                your family and close friends, and then inform your colleagues.


                                Stay healthy

                                Remain positive and continue to live a healthy life. Indulge in a
                                well-balanced diet and exercise and try to manage your stress well.

                                Practice yoga and see how it makes a difference!


                                Your work

                                Let us agree that it would be better to take up jobs that are not
                                physically demanding. Try and avoid jobs with physical exertion.



                                The mind is important too!
                                Focus on the positive in order to maintain a state of happiness.
                                You will realize how building and nurturing meaningful relationships

                                also provide stability.


                                Exercise your mind!

                                Try to involve yourself in activities that are challenging and mentally
                                stimulating. Read, write, maintain a journal, draw, paint, or learn a new
                                language!
